Let's Fly Private, a trade name (DBA) of Interra Asset Management, Inc., is a private jet charter brokerage that acts as an agent on behalf of its clients by providing market analysis, aircraft sourcing, and assistance in securing private air charter services worldwide. All flights are operated by independent FAA-certified Part 135, U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT)-registered air carriers, or foreign air carriers operating under an equivalent civil aviation safety authority. The selected operators retain exclusive operational control of each flight at all times and are responsible for the operation, maintenance, and safety of the aircraft in accordance with all applicable aviation regulations. Interra Asset Management, Inc. d/b/a Let's Fly Private does not own, lease, or operate aircraft and does not act as a direct or indirect air carrier
